Adaptability, vision for the future, and leadership in uncertain times
In times of constant change, the future is no longer something passively awaited, but something co-created. Daniel explores how organizations can move from being victims of change to becoming protagonists who co-construct the future.
What's going to happen and how do I prepare?
Daniel presents future scenarios to understand what is likely to happen and how to adapt leadership and the business model to emerging trends and the most probable futures.
Systemic change and regenerative business and leadership models
Daniel addresses systemic change and regenerative business and leadership models: restoring ecosystems, the circular economy, and interdependencies. The focus is not on creating isolated improvements, but on rethinking systems, processes, and organizational structures.
Business purpose
Daniel reveals how companies can (and should) define a purpose that goes beyond economic profit. He explores the importance of aligning it with values, internal culture, and the impact the organization has on society and the environment.
Collaboration, community and co-creation
Change is not driven by isolated organizations, but by collaborative communities that involve all stakeholders: employees, customers, suppliers, and society, to build shared narratives, strengthen relationships, and generate a common purpose that guides collective action.
